• Warranty Issues:
  For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please address any issues directly with the manufacturer.
• Refunds & Replacements:
  For any refunds or product replacements approved by ALP SOLUTIONS—especially in cases where the product was damaged during transit—it will take 2 to 3 days for the refund to be processed or the product to be replaced.
